Fitness Inspiration

Everyone has to have goals to get things achieved. It makes progress fun. I mean progress is always nice, but it can take forever and is impossible if you have no milestones you'd like to reach. If you set a goal or goals you at least have something to look forward to and you'll be able to have a comparison. It's like you're in competition with yourself. You can compare yourself to where you were and how close you are to achieving your goals. My fitness inspirations go out to these three lovely ladies:
