HUM 21 Day Cleanse Program.

Absolutely the BEST cleanse program ever. I really enjoyed this cleanse. It was simple to follow and so worth it. I felt tired and groggy for the first 3 days, but then I felt the best I've ever felt. I was more energetic. The capsules come in 21 packs with 4 capsules for the day. 2 daily cleanse and 2 flatter me. The 2 smaller capsules are supposed to be taken before your larger meals of the day and the 2 smaller pills are supposed to be taken between meals or without food. It's totally worth the 2 seconds it takes to take these capsules.
