Njoy Essentials Long & Healthy Essentials hair vitamins remind me of B complex vitamins because of the slight aftertaste, but I think they work a lot better than just taking Biotin or vitamin B complex, I haven't taken them long enough to see a huge difference, but my hair looks a lot healthier than usual and I've had less hair in my brush than I normally do, which is always a great sign.
