New Year, New You?

January 1st 2015 is approaching fast. That also means so are all the lists of New Year's Resolutions.

The most common resolutions, according to www.statisticbrain.com, are to:

  • Lose weight
  • Get organized
  • Spend less, save more
  • Live life to the fullest
  • Stay fit and healthy
  • Learn something exciting
  • Quit smoking
  • Help other achieve their dreams
  • Fall in love
  • Spend more time with family
46% of people are able to follow through with their resolutions for over six months. In order to be one of the 46% you'll need to pick a resolution that you will benefit you and that you will want to follow through with,

Anybody can pick a resolution, but not everyone is strong enough to successfully commit to their resolutions.
Find some motivation if you aren't able to motivate yourself and stick to whatever resolution you make for yourself, I, and the rest of America will be here cheering you on.
